Not "Women's Christmas" then...

There is an old Irish tradition that 6th January is "Women's Christmas" - the day all the ladies can put their feet up and be waited on as a thank you for making Christmas, and all that goes with it, happen.
I'd love to be here to report that that is what happened here today, but alas, it did not! I dechristmasified the house, cleaned, tended a sick child (Miss A.) and generally just got sh!t done. Now, after 11.30pm, I relax and read. Happy 6th January to you!
