The Birthday Boy

Aiden actually turned 1 a few days ago but today we celebrated with him and his family. His mom, Katie, and Sumner were good friends in middle school and the beginning of high school. Then Katie transferred and they lost touch. She recently bought a house about 5 minutes from us and she kindly stays in touch and includes us in her life. Special moments with special friends.

The cold continues for now. A high of 9F today and we’re acclimating. A scary thought.
