Winter Sun!

Nothing sums up North Berwick better than a Sunday morning stroll on the beach with lots of happy dogs and their owners!

Mrs B thanks everyone for their very kind birthday wishes yesterday and of course she will be writing to each of you to say so personally.

Her birthday evening was quite eventful.

After some fizz, there was a lovely meal, then some firemen, some more firemen and then even more firemen, some polis.................and a fire! 

Rumours that the candles on her cake caused the fire in the hotel that led to us all to be evacuated into the Baltic evening without a jacket for 45 minutes, are unfounded - see last extra!
