Peter

Peter is the elder son of my cousin Maureen. He has followed in my footsteps by being both a GP and a psychiatrist, and is currently working on an acute inpatient unit in Barnsley. He likes the job, but the lure of London calls and he is off south again in the late summer.

Today he came to visit us. We had such a good time. Over the last few years, Peter has always visited along with his sister Helen and her two daughters. Inevitably the focus has been on the children and Peter has not had a chance get a word in edgeways. We hope he will come again in the not too distant future.

I decided to try the 85mm lens for this portrait. In the extra you will see Peter and Mum in our lounge. It's the place I usually ask victims volunteers, to pose relax for family photos!

So far today Freddy has been on his best behaviour, a relief after yesterday when he was very grumpy and miserable!
