Having recently discovered that my new(ish) fullframe camera was not on the best of terms with my trusty tamron macro lens (live-view didn't work properly) I've been on the lookout for the canon equivalent.

I've finally invested and this is my first, quick effort. I think I'm going to like this lens- it will be interesting to see what it is like on my 70D when the bees start getting busy.  The only thing is, it's seems to be quite a noisy piece of kit. Despite having USM, it really can't be described as 'silent'.  Hmm.
