The inspiration behind tonights dinner

Auntie Ricky. Not an aunt of course, just a neighbour but they were all known as aunt and uncle in those days. Anyway, dinner was what I grew up calling Greek mince which I now know as pastitsio. Ricky used to make it in a huge oven dish and the two families would share it. Its the Greek equivalent of lasagne and for me, superior.
