Glasgow Reunion

Today an invitation arrived for the annual Old Comrades Reunion at The (Glasgow )Herald
the newspaper I worked on for many years.
 
It’s always good to catch up with former colleagues though with regret so many have died in recent years.
 
At the same time I learn that The Guardian is to go tabloid, something I regard with a certain amount of dismay.
 
Meanwhile The Herald remains one of a diminishing number of broadsheet newspapers.
