The Town Hall Clock

Ended up in Bolton today.  Sunday afternoons are a good time to explore some town centres - not so much traffic about - and often free parking.
Bolton Town Hall is quite an impressive building, but impossible to Blip today because of tents and barriers in the square for an ice skating rink and a snow chute.
Fred Dibnah did some repair work on the 16 pillars of the building in 1978 and re-gilded the clock and its dome.
