Spaghetti Pie

I had never made Spaghetti Pie before today.  I have a friend who makes these all the time to take to people who have had surgery or have had a death or something like that.  We have a friend who has been in and out of the hospital for a month who came home yesterday, so I decided to make the pies.  I'm not sure if this is exactly how they are supposed to look.  I didn't have the correct size pie plates- of course- so we bought pyrex and disposable.  After they are baked, mozzarella cheese goes on the top.  I think I will like them.  I hope our friends do.  They certainly seemed appreciative.
