Positive thought: I am brave
Something learned: it’s okay just to listen and live in the moment
Happy moment: playing badminton with Sophie, listening to build me up buttercup with Sophie, 12th night bonfire chatting to cousins, wizard of oz panto
Something achieved: spending time with family, challenging myself, making it back to Glasgow
