Neighborhood Parade

Oregon is struggling to save some kind of passable health care for children, old people, and people with disabilities, despite the current administration's desire to strip healthcare from all but the very rich. A rainy (but not rained out) neighborhood parade today urges people to vote yes on a measure that might preserve some healthcare for some people. The Unpresidented Brass Band kept spirits high.
