Chris and Jyl trying out a new Kent Chasson Guitar

Our good friends Chris and Jyl came up yesterday from Seattle to go to some of the art studios on the Bellingham Art Studios Tour. We visited some yesterday and more today. Here Chris and Jyl are at Kent Chasson's guitar studio. Here is his website. His guitars are beautiful. Chris plays and Jyl sings wonderfully, mostly jazz. They gave a little impromptu concert at Kent's studio.

It was fun to see and hear Chris and Jyl. We went out to dinner last night with my brother Dave and his wife Nora. Chris used to be their doctor when they lived in Seattle and that is how we met Chris and Jyl.

This morning my brother Steve came over and joined us for breakfast. We had a wonderful weekend together and now Chris and Jyl are on their way home and we are relaxing and enjoying the wind and the rain outside our window.
