A lovely sunrise this morning

If I'm in the kitchen at just the right moment I get a glimpse of the sunrise .... the vibrant colours last such a short time that I've started leaving my camera beside the window so that I can grab it and take a quick photo.

A very cold day .... when I went out this morning it was -5 and it took me some little time to clear the frost from the car. I tried taking some photos when I was out but my hands were just too cold to operate the camera.

Choir starts again tonight but I think I'll be doing more listening than singing. My cough is so much better but I'm not sure that I'm ready for an evening of singing but I'll go along and see what's what for 2018.
