Well, that's Monday almost gone.

It went quickly. It was busy. It was enjoyable too, with a whole variety of work activity.

On the less positive side, having purged the house of all the "naughty" food which sneaks in over Christmas and New Year, the process is now being repeated in the office. A greater level of inner strength is required for tomorrow.

I often use the church cafe next door at lunchtime, and did today. It's an oasis of calm when things are a bit raucous in the office, and so it was today. I got an hour of solitude to eat and read the newspaper. Ideal.

I got my Blip on the way out. Lovely blue sky today, but cold.
