Another difficult day

Used TENS machine in various positions today, trying to get rid of worrying aches in shoulders, neck and arms. Working on computer and phone didn't help.
Keeping migraine at bay with medication and so feel very odd.
Got to get myself together for afternoon in Rennes tomorrow.
