Pedal power

I cycled to work. I'm so out of practice that I was exhausted by half way there. And I really didn't want to cycle back in the dark and cold this evening but I did. It took a lot longer than when I was cycling regularly. I'd forgotten how many super speedy men there are who whizz past me at twice the speed I'm going!
