Fire in the Night
I listened to a report on the radio today about a project to involve ten primary schools across Scotland in choosing a new star constellation. The aim of course is to get the children interested in astronomy and science. It was not surprising to hear that eight of the selected schools are in rural areas due to the light pollution in the cities.
Today's blip is looking west towards linuxgamer's standing stone.
I did capture Orion tonight but I thought the pollution in this one was more topical.
