Bowl

The tree is down (long live the tree).

The usual fight to get it out of the house - it was so much easier when it was fresh, and wrapped up tightly in a net - resulted in the usual trail of needles along the route. Also, this year you can only leave out a tree for collection if it is under 6 feet, so I had to saw off the top foot.

The children were in poor form this year, so there was a whole bowl full of chocolate decorations still left on it.
