The Numbers Are In

Well the final numbers for 2017 came in today, and we achieved some superb H&S results, and all this when we did 2.5 times the number of hours than last year, and likewise with the average workforce.  Since I’ve joined, year on year we’ve seen an improvement in performance.

I’d love to claim everything as being down to me, but it’s always about the sum of the parts not just an individual.  The things I’ve been able to do has been able to change the culture.

It makes my current situation more frustrating, as I could still do so much more.

Blood test this morning, fingers crossed for the result.  I see the consultant tomorrow.
