Masterchef

James cooked for all of us tonight, a Massaman curry, that took him 3 hours and was delicious.  He was happy to do it and I'm very proud of what an interested and talented cook he is becoming (Martin's genes not mine).

The girls (I love saying that, and I don't get to say it very often in relation to house guests), spent the day in Linton and then Saffron Walden.  Happily, purchases were made!

I've been a dedicated taxi driver for most of the day but now the older ones have been delivered to various pubs and I have a glass of wine in hand so am trusting they can make their own way home...
