A Hairy Hereford Heifer.....

Another busy one today.
Shifted the 28 bulling heifers and the AA bull to the shed next door. Clipped their backs to stop them sweating and avoid pneumonia , drenched them for liver fluke and a pour on for worms and parasites .
These 12 Hereford X ones haven't lost much fettle being outside , the16 Saler X Angus ones aren't as fit .
An afternoon mixing slurry ready to pump into the store later on this week hopefully . Boiler suit now in the washing machine as rest of the family moaning about the pong !
