PFOA

Physio was interesting. Much manipulation of left knee and hip. Physio opinion is that there is evidence of patellofemoral osteoarthritis in my left knee. I now have a set of four exercises I have to do 3 Times a day.

All those years of gymnastics are finally catching up with me.
