Dead Stuff!

I didn't get back to Birmingham until after dark last night, so got a bit of a shock this morning when I woke up to find most of the dahlias had turned to mush over the weekend. Birmingham had obviously had its first frost of the year.

So a bit of chopping later and the dead stuff was in a bucket - which actually looked quite pretty!
