Mystery

I see this instillation in the outdoor seating area on the 3rd floor of the hospital.
The doors to this area are closed for the winter so l can’t get any nearer to find out more about it.
I’ve taken this through glass, so lm sure there’s a better shot to be had.
One day l will read the plaque that accompanies it, until then it’s a beautiful mystery.
