Duck stomach salad

Forgot to take a photo today, oops, so here is Marmaduke's gésier salad from Friday instead.

Had my second training day in Sevres which was nice, but kinda scary that they're over now because it technically means we should be fully trained teachers by now, which it definitely doesn't feel like I am, considering my lesson plans so far have consisted of 'ask me anything you like then we'll play Hangman'.
