Yoga Day

Every Wednesday, we have yoga lessons and the lady in the picture is our lovely yoga teacher. I asked a pose for blipfoto from her and this is the result :-) Love yoga… 
We have a gym here but there are so many people there, we need silence and concentration for yoga so we do it in our homes with our neighbours in turn and this is one of my lovely neighbour's home :-)
