A Tail Preened!

The second wood pigeon blip in a row--it's possibly the most striking shot of that species that I've managed in my winters here ( this is also not bad). And a distant extra of a black redstart  in flight (first ever, and the best of three, believe it or not); here's one perched, last year.  What fun--we surely have one of the best apartment viewpoints in Paris for bird photos.
