1408 - Dear Deer

So, this is one from my trip to Glencoe yesterday (Sunday) and I felt I had to say something about the deer in Glen Etive...  We came across a single deer first.  A car had stopped and was feeding it.

A little further down the road, we came across a herd of them.  A group of foreigners had stopped to feed them and take selfies with them.

We came across another 2 herds further on and the same thing - people feeding them and taking selfies...

My dad and I stopped to take some photos of them (not great as the light was fading fast) and while I was standing admiring them, a doe came over to me and sniffed my hand, which was a very lovely moment!

But it was also very sad... these are wild animals and they should be afraid, or at the very least, wary of us.  We must have passed about 50 of them in total and for all of them not to be scared of cars and horns, is not good!
