Walking Netball

It is over 60 years since I last played netball at school. With my 'dead' leg I cannot run or jump but I don't need to now  - there is walking netball! It has only recently started in the Leisure Centre but we had enough tonight after a time of general skill and movement games to play a 4-a-side game on half the court. We ranged in age from 30s to 70s and the game ended 4 all after 15 minutes (see extra). Not major league, but a start and we all had fun and a good hour of exercise.
