11.40 to see Frank to sort out my feet new innersoles needed have a problem underfoot. Plantar Fasciitis that feels like a stone underfoot all the time. It is a spur growing on the tendon. But I am positive !!

Wow excellent you have made great progress in 2 months. But I like to see 6 months between the other side.
So on the positive I am up.
But with the rest of my life I am at ground zero. Enough said. Blip of Clacton pier quite nice with the rides behind.
