Breadcrumb consistency

I did go outside the building today but it was so grey and dreich that no photo ops presented themselves. Hence it'll have to be another boring kitchen blip.

Looked around the fridge and saw some things needed to be used up that suggested a quiche Lorraine - but that meant I would have to remember how to make pastry, which I rarely do. "Rub the fat into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs", "use icy water", "bake blind", etc etc. Actually the result looked and tasted great but I didn't think to take a photo - just ate it.
