The icy Patuxent

I had a wonderful time on the Patuxent today with the eagles. At one time  there were 9 eagles on the ice. I know there were 10 eagles there because I saw 5 mature birds at one time. It is always exciting to spend time with the mighty birds. The man who owned the house invited me in to watch them with his telescope...I could do that all day!
