Far away hills.

Had to try the knee out today, after-all it's only 4 days to the weekend now. A little jaunt over Nicky Nook near Scorton seamed like a good idea. A decent path up and over and a nice flat walk back through Grizdale seamed like a good test.
Although it wasn't a tremendous day with showers going through the views of the North Bowland Hils was a better view than the rain showers heading into the south Lakes.
The knee by the way got a 4/10. But that's a lot better than a few days ago.
