My first is in summer but not in spring,
My second in flower, but not in cutting,
My third is in butter but not in spread,
My fourth is in sleeping, but not in bed.
My fifth is in seedling but not in shoot.
I'm alive and I thrive in the moist and the heat.
What am I?
