Splash!

Today the boys were very excited to put on gumboots for the wet weather. I even had to find Elliott's in the garage and evict a spider so he could wear them.

First thing this morning I found the boys doing something that I knew was inevitable. Lincoln had climbed into Elliott's bed when he woke up. He told me they were having a sleepover. The heads of their beds are touching at 90 degrees so I am not at all surprised.

And in exciting news, we finally got our heat pump replaced today after 3 months going without. It'll be good for the last day of our cold snap before we get back in the 20s again on the weekend.
