Wooden fungus!

Working at Bradwell Abbey today with the Green Gym, and for a change we were not weeding the herb garden!
Lots of barrow loads of wood chippings moved around and this fungus was on a tree near where we were working.  It had solidified into a wood like substance.
This afternoon refilling the bookshelves at the charity shop now that the refurbishment is complete.
Will have a quiet evening!
