Arms like cannons
I've been hitting the gym 4-5 times a week. About four months now. The hardest part was waking up 6 o'clock in the morning. The first month was hell. I told Anni, that if I don't wake up, she would have to bush me out of the bed. That worked half the time. The second half I told Anni: "you push me one more time woman, I will leave you for good" ... but I will tell you what did it for me. Most of us are using mobile phones for alarm clock's ... convenient huh? The problem is that it's really easy to turn them off. I know, I did it all the time ... but the trick is to but your phone as far away as possible ... to the bathroom for example. If you get up from the warm bed and walk all the way to the bathroom to shut that fucker up ... the time you get there you're already up :) Now waking up 6 in the morning is not a problem!
My days are now longer, I have more energy ... I just feel good and of course the strength, you can feel it ;)
