Ladies who lunch

Today myself and Ann went out for lunch at 'Montpeliers' with Kay and Cassie (the cockerpoo). As soon as we arrived the 'social media' member of staff came and asked if she could take photos of us. Maybe we are going to feature on their website or FB page?



The humans had a lovely lunch and we were both very well behaved little doggies. I love going out for lunch with Kay because she always gives me tasty titbits. Today she gave me little bits of chicken. Yum! Ann had a very nice steak sandwich and didn't share.



And then it was off to the canal for a walk, because Cassie has never been there before. We walked for more than an hour which pleased Kay because she's just got a 'fit-bit' and she exceeded her target number of daily steps. Ann didn't. 'Project 1000' is very challenging?!



Guess what happened after our walk?........................... Ann & Kay came into the flat for a coffee and us doggies were very thirsty and I actually let Cassie have first drink out of my water bowl.......... Can you believe that? I just stood back and watched while she had ever such a long drink. I actually thought that Ann might have to refill my water bowl. Now this might not seem like a big deal to you, but for my regular followers; you will know that in the past I've had a bit of a possessive eating disorder........................ sharing isn't one of my better qualities??!!



After Cassie had had her drink she just fell asleep. We know she was asleep because she was snoring really loudly. Lol! As for me.................... I'm a bit sleepy now too. I haven't even looked at my dinner and am having a snooze in my bed.



…......................And to stay on target for 'Project 1000' Ann's still got another 4 miles to cycle and another 2.5 kms to walk today.
