Still Life

Photographic club this evening.  The subject was still life.  It was interesting to see how different people set the photographs up, and everyone way happy to share their knowledge with us newbies!!!

I got as few shots that I liked but this one is my favourite.  It's the first time I have used an off camera flash and although i didn't set it up myself I am still very pleased with the result. I think with a little practice I could get a bit better at this photographing malarkey.

Hubs received a phone call from the hospital today to check on his health.  He is expecting another call tomorrow to give him a new date for his op.  Mixed feelings.  I want him to be better, but worried about the process required to get him there!
