Mono Abstract

My dear friend, Patty, lost her mother just before Christmas. Yesterday I received a small package from her with a beautiful scarf that was her mother's.  She wanted me to have it because I like elephants, and because her mom would be happy that she gave it to someone she cares about.  The extra shows a portion of it and is where I started with my abstract today.  Many thanks to Ingeborg for continuing the job of hosting Abstract Thursdays!

I am grateful that Patty and I are still close even though she moved to Idaho several years ago....but I sure miss her!!
