Morning Loveliness

Today’s sunny day outing was in Monterey. Good Vietnamese lunch in Marina, and then an inordinate time at the Apple Store, talking and learning and being overwhelmed by all the information. It started with me looking for a cover for my iPad (didn’t happen) and ended with an impromptu tour of the revised Photos app, a look at the Affinity app for photo editing, and signing up for a free class on drawing on the iPad. It must have been a slow day, as we had the attention of two knowledgeable guys who never once rolled their eyes as I thought of more and more disparate questions. Given my old computer and all the issues I’ve been having when considering updating my system, we also looked at configurations of a new machine. Both of us were cross-eyed when we left, but agreed it was an amazing session. Now I have to try and remember at least part of what was said.
