A good day's fishing for a change, 4 snapper that were a legal size to keep, and D caught a large trevally ......whoohoo!!
Cleaning and filleting them on the back of the boat attracted the usual flocks of gulls. Although the red-billed gull is so common and we hardly give it a second glance, it is quite beautiful if one stops to look.
Other birds today were Bullers shearwater, pied shags, white-faced storm petrels, and one arctic skua.
