Deadheads

Happy to report it was a lot warmer on the golf course this morning, a balmy 2C when we started. And the granny's off, I snuck a win at the last. A bit of shopping later, winestock has been restored, then up to the allotment to get some spuds dug up. Two varieties are still good but the other, which was the first planted, is showing signs of rot so I'll have to lift all the remaining shaws before that gets any worse. Could be some potato soup coming up. And lots of it!
Popped up to the Talbot Rice gallery in the evening to see MrM's contribution to a pop-up exhibition. Got there just in time for the Q&A session; bad timing! But luckily for the artists most of the audience were students so the questions were thin on the ground and they got off lightly. I held my tongue too!
