Pearl Oyster Mushrooms

One of my daughters gave me a mushroom growing kit for Christmas and these are the first mushrooms appearing from the side of the bag.  They are pearl oyster mushrooms and are supposed to be delicious.  These are still immature but are growing visibly each day.  The growing medium is old coffee grounds.  I shall look forward to my first harvest and to tasting them.
