If you go down to the shore today you are sure to find a surprise...
In this case an early morning trip down to Port Seton to grab a few shots before work resulted in the surprise of finding the Royal Navy Bomb Disposal Unit dealing with a somewhat corroded (and presumably quite safe...since they let me stand and watch) mine just under the sea wall. Seems these things wash up here quite regularly and there may be another 850,000 such objects unaccounted for...plenty more Blip opportunities...who said photography wasn't dangerous!
