Wheat Sourdough Starter

It's been a long journey but eventually growing my own Wheat sourdough starter, it worst than having children, needs lots of tlc. 
Just hope now that it performs, brown bins doesn't have a whale of a time again as it did with the rye starter that didn't.
 Alas it has been fun, at least their are some not so local bakers making sourdough so i still get my fix as it were.
Fingers crossed for tomorrows bake in....
