Oriental

One of the themes of this year will be an exploration of things oriental.  In recognition of this, I now have a couple of Bonsai trees.  One has not travelled well but this one is verdant.  Probably too verdant for a Bonsai so I shall have to google.  I am not entirely comfortable with the notion of Bonsai but can appreciate their beauty.  And, in the spirit of cultural inquiry, I will deal with my lack of comfort.
