Pilates
My first ever class. A taster. I might go back. I already do some of the stretches and exercises, which were recommended by a physio last year. Other moves were a huge challenge. My balance is poor, need to work on that.
I did enjoy the relaxation, and slow breathing at the end. Mindful finish.
Knee is still giving me jip. I didn't push that today. Avoided any moves which aggrievated that.
