Double Dotty

Child#3 went double Dotty today.

There's some complicated system where all the children start off with their names on the rainbow, then there's a tree (good), sun (good), cloud (bad), and some stars. And it all starts again after lunch. If the child gets sun or star or whatever is at the top they get a Dotty sticker. And he went double Dotty!

However, it was also Friday and Friday is the day that Daniel the Dog goes home and child#3 did not bring Daniel home as well and quite frankly his teacher might as well have ripped his heart out and stamped on it in front of the entire class. He had convinced himself today was the day, and now he doesn't ever want to go dotty as even if you go double dotty you don't get Daniel.
