Copacabana Beach

A little task to do in the morning meant exploring a part of Barata Ribeira Street I haven't been on for a while - looking for replacement lampshades. Success in that one shop offered to order them, so think we'll do that and get our welcomer here to pick them up for us in a couple of weeks. By mid-afternoon I felt very tired, was sneezing, coughing and just felt unwell. After a late lunch we went on the beach for a wee while and when we came off it felt like I was coming down with something. An early night with a bit of tv and some camomile tea and honey and crossing my fingers this doesn't last.
